Tributes

Juanita David Zulueta, 83, of Jacksonville, went home to be with The Lord on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. She was born in the Philippines on April 2, 1937 and later attended college to become an architect and served in the Philippines as an architect from 1958-1978. Mrs. Zulueta migrated to New York in 1979 where she worked in an architectural firm for 10 years and also work as a Rehabilitation Technician until she retired. In 2017, she moved to the Jacksonville area where she became a member of Evangel Temple Assembly of God. Mrs. Zulueta was preceded in death by her husband, Rolando, in 1997. Survivors include her son: Reynald D. Zulueta (wife, Bernie); daughter, Jerrylyn Gonzalez (husband, Jimmy); brother, Salvador David, Jr.; 3 sisters, Marita Morin, Herminia Judan & Josie David; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Evangel Temple Assembly of God, 5755 Ramona Blvd. with Pastors Garry & Jordan Wiggins officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM prior to the service at the church. She will later be cremated, and her ashes buried in New York with her husband. Arrangements by V.
