White – Hilda Gertrude White, age 92, of Keystone Heights, Florida passed away on December 16, 2020 at Custead Care Center in Orange Park, Florida. Hilda was born in Berlin, Germany on January 24, 1928 to the late Ferdinand Agies and Gertrude H. During. She was raised in Germany where she met the love of her life, William D. White, and they were happily married on February 28, 1967. Hilda was a devoted military wife and mother to her stepchildren. Her main passions were gardening, cooking, and spending time with family. She also enjoyed her longtime career on the Base Exchanges in Germany and in Louisiana. More than anything, Hilda loved her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 43 years, William D. White, Sr.; and her sister-in-law, Judy Bayne. Hilda is survived by her stepsons, William (Dawn) White, Jr. of Norwich, Connecticut, and Robert White; sister-in-law, Arlene Stewart of Orange Park, FL; and her brother-in-law, Robert White of Norfolk, VA; along with many family and friends who loved her dearly.
