Rhoden – Clo Howard Rhoden, age 86, of Glen St Mary, Florida passed away March 29, 2022, at Macclenny Nursing and Rehab with her loving daughter by her side. She was born in Macclenny, Florida on September 13, 1935, to the late Wilbur Howard and Nancy Griffis Howard. Clo was a lifelong resident of Baker County. She met the love of her life, Arnold Rhoden, and they were happily married in 1964 and enjoyed 38 amazing years together. Clo was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and caregiver to many throughout her life. She enjoyed her time as a homemaker as she was able to tend to her family and take care of all their needs. Clo also enjoyed baking, cooking, crocheting, and attending church at Soul’s Harbor Church of God where she was a longtime member. Most of all, Clo loved her family, especially her sweet grandbabies and she thoroughly enjoyed spending precious time with them. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arnold Rhoden; son, Wendle Mann; grandson, Rusty Mann; sister, Daisy Butcher; and brother-in-law, Edward McDonald. Clo is survived by her children, Belinda (Fred) Raulerson and Ronnie (Cindy) Rhoden both of Glen St. Mary, FL, Lewis Rhoden of Hilliard, FL, and Bobby (Connie) Mann of Valdosta, GA; sister, Geraldine McDonald of Macclenny, FL; grandchildren, David (Kim) Rhoden, Lee (Heather) Rhoden, Cody (Brooke) Rhoden, Elton (Katie) Rhoden, Marissa Rhoden, Ridge Rhoden, Meggie Mann, Jeremy Mann, Chris Mann, and Jamie (Jennifer) Barton; along with numerous great-grandchildren and extended family members and friends who Clo loved dearly. A Celebration of Clo’s life will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at Soul’s Harbor Church of God with Pastor James Scott and Bishop Daniel R. Sturgill officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 3, 2022, an hour prior to the service at the church. The arrangements are under the care of V.
