Ratcliffe – Betty Joyce “B.J.” Ratcliffe, age 81, of Starke, Florida passed away on May 7, 2020 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Starke. She was born in Starke, Florida on September 30, 1938 to the late William “Buddy” Riley Harris and Linnie Bell Davis Harris. B.J. was a lifelong resident of Starke, Florida where she enjoyed her longtime career as a cosmetologist at the City Barber Shop. She was an avid Miami Dolphins, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Florida Gator fan who loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. B.J was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of many years, Charles E. Crawford, Sr.; daughter, Deborah K. Crawford; son, Wayne Douglas Crawford; sisters, Jeanette Harris and Patricia Harris Bradley; brother in-law, L.P. Bradley. B.J. is survived by her loving children Charles E. (Becky) Crawford, Jr. of Hampton, FL, Stephen William (Tina) Crawford and Pamela Baker of Starke, FL; brother, Donald (Janelle) Harris of Starke, FL; 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Monday, May 11, 2020 at Archie Tanner Memorial Chapel from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. Arrangements are under the care and direction of V. Todd Ferreira Funeral Services and Archie Tanner Memorial Chapel, Starke, Fl.
