Mrs. Barbara "Leigh" Davis

Davis – Barbara “Leigh” Davis, age 56, of Macclenny, Florida went to her Heavenly home on March 8, 2021 at her home with loving family by her side. She was born October 16, 1964 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to James McKelvey and Gail Norman McKelvey Kirkland. Leigh moved from Carrollton, Georgia to Baker County in 1993 and was a member of Taylor Church. She enjoyed her career as a Realtor and had many happy clients throughout the years. Leigh loved scrapbooking, gardening, and traveling, especially to the Smokey Mountains. She also had a passion for Lighthouses in Maine. Most of all Leigh adored her family and loved spending time with them. Leigh is preceded in death by her parents. Leigh is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Warren E. Davis, Jr. of Macclenny, FL; Stepfather, Kenneth Kirkland; 2 children, Elise (Randall) Crawford of Glen St. Mary, FL, Laurel Davis of Jacksonville, FL; brothers, Wade (Joetta) McKelvey of St. Augustine, FL, Jason (Kim) McKelvey of Mandarin, FL, Travis (Erin) Kirkland, and Ryan (Jill) Kirkland; sister, Tina (Lance) Veitch of Jacksonville, FL; 2 grandchildren, Adisynn Crawford and Arabella Crawford. A Celebration of Leigh’s Life will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 3:00 pm at Taylor Church with Pastor Mark Woods officiating. The family will receive friends an hour before the service at the church. On Friday, March 12, 2021 at 3:00 pm a Graveside Service will be held at Carroll Memory Gardens in Carrolton, Georgia.
